While we can not predict all your inquiries, here are a few commonly asked questions we have been asked regarding services.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment for immediate delivery?
A: To schedule a delivery order immediately in the Charlotte area you may use the TakeNow Delivery link on our homepage that will guide you to create your order and confirm payment. If your zip code is not eligible, immediate deliveries may be placed directly on our website from selecting our products through our catalog. Allen & Denise's Child Catering And Delivery Service may delivery 40 miles from our Kannapolis kitchen location. If you wish to schedule an advanced delivery there will be a calendar option in your cart to choose the desired date and time. Once selected proceed to checkout to confirm payment. You will then get notification of your order and confirmation.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment for catering events, meal plans, and virtual cooking classes?
A: To schedule an appointment for catering you may select the Catering & Meal Plan Request HERE icon (bottom right of the website main page). You will complete the necessary information and detail your request. At that time one of our team members will reach out to you and go over further what items you wish to serve and quantities of those items. From there Allen & Denise's Child will extend an invoice for all desired services. Once payment is confirmed we will determine an appropriate delivery date.
Q: What if I want a meal catered that is not on your menu?
A: Contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org about catering dishes not on our menu. We customize and create a variety of dishes. If we see the ability to create your desired dish we will be happy to create your meal for you and your party.
Q: Are your meals vegan or vegetarian?
A: Both, we have some meal options that are vegan based like or Cashew-Cake minis while others are vegetarian like our Breakfast Veggie Hash. Some of our menu items use egg and cheese. Also, recipes have often include allergens like nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts). We advise to carefully read the ingredients in our catalog before purchase.
Q: Do you have meal plans?
A: Yes, we offer meal plans of any of our catalog items in addition to protein or vegetable based entrees. Select Meal Plans (2 meals per week/8 meals per month, or 5 meals per week/20 meals per month), choose a date and time (minimum 5 business days after the current date), and confirm to cart for payment. One of our team members will be in contact with you further to discuss meal ingredients that will complete your meal package.
Q: Can I have items shipped if I am not within the local area?
A: Yes, we do ship via USPS Priority Mail for individuals outside of our delivery area. We do charge a handling fee to properly package and ship items at $12.99. We strive to maintain optimal freshness when packaging perishable items.
